This month Kieran O'Neill of PlayFire, a social gaming networking website targeted towards video gamers players, shares with us the secrets he's learned on his journey as a founder. Playfire was founded in December 2007 and was first launched into beta in March 2008. Since then, it has acquired more than 1 million users and more than 50,000 game titles on numerous different platforms.
